Parent Governor Elections. There was only one nomination form received, from existing parent governor Mrs Thompson. Mrs Thompson will therefore be formally re-elected as Parent Governor at the next governors’ meeting in December.
Many thanks to all who bought a poppy or other commemorative items from The Royal British Legion, a wonderful £171.18 was raised.
Many thanks for all the items that were generously donated on Friday for the PTA stall at the Victorian Christmas Fayre. A reminder that the fayre takes place on Sunday 1st December, the PTA stall will be on Westgate, Otley from 12-6pm, please do come along and say hello!

Thank you too, to all the parents who have responded to the letters about the KS2 Pantomime and the Infant Nativity. Please can others respond by Monday. Further copies of the letters were sent home yesterday.
Infant Nativity information—Performances at 2pm & 6pm Friday 6th December—When attending the
performances, please park with consideration for the local residents. The PTA will be selling mince pies and other festive sweet treats before the Nativity performances, please feel free to bring your own warm drink.
Raffle tickets will also be on sale for a festive hamper! Please bring cash if possible but card payments can be accepted. Please note that tickets will not be issued for the Infant Nativity performances, but there will be a
list on the door.
Thursday 12th December is Save the Children Christmas Jumper Day! Children are invited to come dressed

Monday 16th December is our school Christmas lunch! Please see attached the menu for that day. This has

A reminder to parents of children in nursery that the deadline to apply for a place in Reception in September
2025 is 15th January 2025. If you would like to arrange a tour of the whole school and a conversation with myself, please make contact through the school office.
To infant parents, please note the postponed ‘Come & Play’ for nursery and reception, and the ‘Come & Do Maths’ for Reception, year 1 and year 2, will now take place next term. Information to follow in January.
