As last year, the PTA are once again leading our entry in the Ilkley carnival parade on Monday 5th May—a chance for all the family to take part! The PTA are also assisting with our entry into the Otley Carnival parade on Saturday 21st June. To help with planning, we will soon be inviting you to sign up for either or both carnival parades but for now, please just make a note of these dates.
Next week, the children in years 5 and 6 will be going away on a two night residential to Boggle Hole Youth Hostel near Whitby. We will share news of their adventures when we return!

Any remaining cake will be sold at pick up time in the playground. **Please do not send in items containing nuts or Nutella.**
The Design Technology Challenge this year is to design a speed awareness safety sign to remind drivers of speed limits past school.
