Next year, we are trialling a new format for delivering class specific information to parents via
‘Meet the Teacher’ events. These will take place on the following days at 2.30pm in the classrooms:
Years 5&6—Thursday 17th Sept
Years 3&4—Friday 18th Sept
Years 1&2— Monday 21st Sept
Nursery & Reception—Tuesday 22nd Sept.
These events will cover a wide range of information including daily / weekly routines, the curriculum,
guidance for reading, homework expectations and statutory assessments as well as an introduction
to your child’s classroom and teacher. Please make a note of these dates. We hope that by
publishing these meetings now, most parents will be able to attend.
