Following last year’s success, the PTA are excited to be repeating the ‘Grow a £1’ Challenge’! A letter with all the information and a £1 coin was handed to every child in years Reception to year 6 on Tuesday. Please see attached a copy of the letter. If your child wishes to sell items that they

We have received a lovely email from the Ilkley Carnival Committee thanking the children for entering the creative competition to design the front cover of the Ilkley Carnival programme. We
have not had any winning entries this year, but all the submitted artwork is on display in the foyer of Booths in Ilkley.
This week the children in years 1 and 2 took part in a very interesting online assembly delivered by Imran Kotwol from the Muslim Learner Services. This assembly was personalised to enhance our RE Curriculum and the children learnt all about sacred places, mosque features and prayer rituals in the
Islamic Religion.
Please ensure that all children have their PE kits in school every day as we have now commenced sports day preparations. PE is often outside so please send in clothes suitable for outdoor PE eg hoodies and joggers / leggings.
