HART NQTs

Members of staff from Askwith often contribute to HART training sessions.

This training has covered a variety of subject areas including: cognitive science, Early Years, assessment, moderation and leading the curriculum. As part of the training materials, we often share elements of our own curriculum and discuss how we are developing our own practice through evidence-informed pedagogies and key debates in education.

Prior to 2021-2022, we acted as an appropriate body for HART NQTs. We offered a bespoke training programme for NQTs and mentors.

The programme was designed by HART and Red Kite working in partnership.

The programme was fully aligned to the new Early Career Framework and provided vital, personalised support that enhanced NQT practice.
